Details

The project aims to improve UK Competition Network (UKCN) members’ understanding of the selection, design, testing and evaluation of demand-side remedies.

The documents provide an overview of the types of remedies that may be used in customer-facing markets.

Recent case studies are used to discuss the effectiveness of these remedies and to share lessons learnt about existing best practice and challenges in this area.
