Details
Some products need to be individually labelled with the words ‘Not for EU’ to move from Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales) to Northern Ireland under the NIRMS.
Use these lists to check:
- which products you need to individually label in phases 1 and 2
- which products are exempt and do not need labelling for phase 3
You can search the lists using either the commodity code for the goods or commonly used product descriptions for tariff or goods movements.
Read guidance on the labelling requirements for moving goods to Northern Ireland under NIRMS, including product descriptions for each phase.
