This note explains changes introduced by the 7 September update of the Prescribed Requirements and Default Schemes and sets out plans for the autumn. This version makes minor ‘tidying up’ amendments to the initial drafts published on 16 July, and some (more noteworthy) responses to stakeholder feedback.
