The London­-Wide Initiative (LWI) scheme helped key workers buy a new build home on a designated LWI development and pay a discounted price on completion.

 Scheme fees and charges

The different fees and changes for this scheme:

  • redemption (repaying your loan): £200
  • staircase: £200
  • remortgage: £50
  • sublet: £50
  • home improvements: £50
  • transfer of Equity (change of ownership): £50
