Details

This policy frameworks set out rules and guidance for the management and security of social and official visits for staff in all prisons and Young Offenders Institutions. This policy framework will help staff implement the mandatory requirements and supplementary guidance to ensure that visits are run efficiently and securely.

Management of Security at Visits- Open Estate. This policy framework is for open establishments only and addresses the specific needs of open establishments with regards to visits.

This policy frameworks replace PSI 2011/15 Management and Security at Visits.
