Details

This memorandum sets out the roles and responsibilities of Natural England, Countryside Council for Wales, Crown Prosecution Service and the Association of Chief Police Officers of England, Wales and Northern Ireland, so that they can help each other to prevent, look into and take action against wildlife crime.
