This notice should be read in conjunction with the code of safe working practices for merchant seafarers chapter 11 and for passengers ships to refer to the merchant shipping (passenger ship construction: ships of I, II and II(A) regulations 1998 and MGN 71 (M) muster drills, onboard training and instructions, and decision support systems.

This MGN replaces MGN 35 (M+F)
