This MGN replaces MGN 148(M) for ships and MGN 149(M) for yachts which are not subject to the Maritime Labour Convention.

Notice to all:

  • shipowners, ship operators and ship managers;
  • employers of seafarers;
  • masters, officers and seafarers on ships and other sea-going vessels which are not subject to the ILO Maritime Labour Convention 2006 requirement, to have individual Seafarer Employment Agreements for each seafarer instead of crew agreements.
