Notice to all owners, ship operators and managers, masters and officers of merchant ships, agents, charterers, shippers, consignors, training providers, inspectors of cargoes, port authorities and terminal operators and others involved in the transport of dangerous good by sea.

This MGN only replaces Annex 3 paragraph 4 and Annex 5 of MGN 340, and paragraphs 6.3 and 7 of MGN 341.
