MGN 563 (M+F) Amendment 2 Port waste reception facilities and management planning

Guidance on the implementation of Port Waste Reception Facilities for ships and harbours/ports/terminals. The purpose of revising this MGN is to reference new methods of payment for Port Waste Exemption applications.

Notice to all UK Shipowners, Masters and Officers of Merchant Ships, Skippers of Fishing Vessels and Ports and Terminals that undertake Port Waste Management Planning.

This notice replaces MGN 253, 259, 326, 387 and revises MGN 563 Amendment 1.

This notice should be read in conjunction with the following documents:
