The Traffic Commissioner made orders to:

• revoke the operator licence held by Midland Poling Services ltd with effect from 13 May 2017
• disqualify Gavin Morris Bentley for 8 years from holding or obtaining any type of operator’s licence in any traffic area with effect from 13 May 2017
• disqualify Gavin Morris Bentley for 8 years from being the director of any company holding or obtaining an operator’s licence with effect from 13 May 2107

The decision was made on 27 April 2017.
