Details

On 28 September 2020, the government commissioned the Migration Advisory Committee (MAC) to undertake a study of the Intra-Company Transfer (ICT) immigration route.

The Chair of the MAC, Professor Brian Bell, responded to the letter accepting and welcoming the commission.

The MAC is expected to produce their final report and recommendations by the end of October 2021.
