Arrangements for additional funding of up to £3 million per year allocated to the UK government’s financial support scheme (SMarT) for merchant navy seafarer training between 1 April 2014 and 31 March 2016.

This notice replaces MIN 470 and should be read with MGN 455

MIN 486 has since been extended and remains valid for the foreseeable future
