Details

The annual report and accounts provide a summary of the activities of the Ministry of Justice for the year ending 31 March 2023, setting out the department’s performance against its strategic objectives, governance arrangements and an account of its use of resources for the year.

The accounts are prepared in line with HM Treasury’s Government Financial Reporting Manual (FReM) and consolidate the results of the core department, the executive agencies and arm’s length bodies which fall within the departmental boundary.
