In July 2018, the Home Secretary, at the request of the Prime Minister, announced a review of the Modern Slavery Act 2015. The members of the review are Frank Field MP (chairman), Maria Miller MP and the Baroness Butler-Sloss. You can read the review’s terms of reference.

This is the second interim report from the review. As part of the review, the members were invited to give their views on transparency in supply chains. This report looks at the question of increasing transparency in supply chains. The report includes findings and a summary of recommendations.
