Print and fill in form MODCA1 to apply for Class 1 National Insurance credits if you’re the spouse or civil partner of armed service personnel and have been an accompanied assignment outside the UK.

The second page of the form needs to be completed by the unit welfare officer.

Email HMRC to ask for this form in Welsh (Cymraeg).
