This guidance is no longer in use. The COVID-19 New Enterprise Allowance Phase 2 scheme has completed, and the provider contract ended on 23rd October 2023.

This memo is for New Enterprise Allowance (NEA) Providers.

Background

1. The following NEA forms will soon be removed from the GOV.UK website. They will continue to be available on the site for a short period, after which the associated letters, forms and memos will only be available via Jaggaer.

Annex 2: PRaP11 NEA2 forms:

  • PRaP11 NEA2 ENG
  • PRaP11 NEA2 SCOTWALES

Annex 3: NEA Feedback Forms for non-UC participants:

  • NEA1 2017 (ENG)
  • NEA1 2017 (SCOT/WALES)
  • NEA1 2017 (WELSH )

Annex 3: NEA Feedback form for UC participants:

  • UCNEA1 2017 ENG
  • UCNEA1 2017 SCOTWALES

Annex 6: PRaP 14 forms:

  • PRaP 14 ENG
  • PRaP 14 SCOTWALES

NEA Phase 2 memos 1 to 9 will also be removed.
