This guidance is no longer in use. The COVID-19 New Enterprise Allowance Phase 2 scheme has completed, and the provider contract ended on 23rd October 2023.

Details

NEA mentoring phase 2 (sometimes called NEA 2017) is aimed at supporting some:

  • benefit claimants to start their own business
  • Universal Credit (full service) claimants who are already self-employed to develop and grow their business
