This memo is for New Enterprise Allowance (NEA) Providers.
Background
Providers will be aware that the NEA 2 programme design was adapted to take into account a number of temporary measures necessitated by the ongoing coronavirus (COVID-19) event, including the introduction of Provider Self-Referrals.
Jobcentre Plus offices have now reopened and are referring participants to NEA provision at or above the expected levels. In view of this development we have amended the self-referral limits for each provider to zero from 1 November 2020.
