Evidence shows that organisations who have implemented electronic patient record systems have can provide benefits to patients and the wider healthcare system. This document encourages organisations to share good practice.

The BT Local Service Provider contract covers London and the South of England, and ends on 31 October 2015.

The CSC Local Service Provider contract covers trusts who have received Lorenzo since August 2012.
