Details

The Non-Domestic Rating (Lists) (No.2) Bill was introduced to the House of Commons on 8 September 2020.

For England and Wales, the Bill:

  • will set in law the date of the next business rate revaluation at 1 April 2023
  • will move the latest date for publishing the draft rating list from 30 September to 31 December in the year preceding the revaluation
