Details

The Protection of Freedoms Act 2012 (POFA) placed an obligation on Cabinet Ministers to review all the powers of entry for which they are responsible. The Secretary of State for Northern Ireland is responsible for four powers of entry contained with the Justice and Security (Northern Ireland) Act 2007. Today’s report details the findings of the review into these powers.
