Details

Use this form to notify the Fish Health Inspectorate of an Import of a susceptible species to your authorised site from Northern Ireland and Crown Dependencies (Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man).

A completed form must be submitted 24 hours prior to each import.

You must be authorised before you can import. As required under The Aquatic Animal Health (England and Wales) Regulations 2009.

To import dead fish and shellfish for human consumption please contact the Food Standards Agency.
