Details

This Statutory Instrument (SI) will allow the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) to restate for Northern Ireland 2 areas of equal treatment in occupational pension schemes. These are in relation to equalising guaranteed minimum pensions between men and women and providing survivor benefits for couples in same sex legal relationships. These Regulations relate to Northern Ireland only.
