Details

Use this form to apply for official copies of documents relating to a specific property or an approved form of charge. If you want to apply for official copies of the register or plan or a certificate in Form CI on a developing estate, use form OC1.

Fee and address

Payment is by cheque or postal order, except for business customers who pay by Direct Debit. Make them payable to ‘HM Land Registry’. Send the completed form with the correct fee to our standard address.
