This resource book contains the information you need for reference during Immigration Advice Authority (IAA) level 1 exams.

The exam resource book is dated August 2024 and in the interests of fairness to exam candidates, IAA assessment questions will be based on the law contained within these documents at the time of writing.

   This version of the Resource Book has been updated to include the following: - Minor amendments to the Immigration Rules now brought into force on 2 January 2025 and 18 February 2025. - Upcoming amendments due to be brought into force on 11 March 2025, as outlined in Statement of Changes HC217, published on 10 September 2024.
