Research evaluation report by IFF Research on the Online Basics pilot learning programme. Online Basics is designed to help people who do not have basic ICT skills to help them get to grips with technology. The pilot scheme ran in five areas of England during the period January to March 2010. The evaluation is intended to inform the content, infrastructure, support and marketing of online basics prior to its national roll-out later in 2010.
