Details

These research projects were carried out to enhance understanding of the online harms evidence base. This release contains evidence relating to a number of online safety issues, these are:

  • age assurance
  • organisations approaches to harm prevention
  • the safety tech sector
  • experiences of harm of LGBT+ young people

These reports were originally commissioned by DCMS but they now fall within DSIT’s area of responsibility.

Any references to the Online Safety Bill in the reports would have been accurate at the time the reports were drafted but may not reflect any subsequent amendments to the Bill. You can follow the passage of the Online Safety Bill on the UK Parliament website.
