Competent authorities in EU and non-EU countries must provide a health certificate to exporters of animals and animal products to Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales), the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.
Competent authorities should use the updates below to make changes to health certificates for exporters to ensure they are in line with the current version of the model health certificates.

- Attestation AH/T127: References to Epizootic Haemorrhagic Disease have been removed from section (c) and a new line has been added to the Either option ‘and the animals have been kept in that territory for at least 60 days in accordance with the WOAH code’. A new section D which is specific to Epizootic Haemorrhagic Disease has been added. The notes for completion have been amended in line with these changes.
- Attestation AH/E013: in section (a) ‘60 days’ has been changed to ‘90 days’ and section (b) ‘bluetongue in an area with a 150km radius’ has been removed and further information on disease free radius for multiple diseases has been added. ‘The distances specified apply irrespective of national or territorial boundaries’ has been added to the notes for completion.
- ‘Retained’ has been changed to ‘Assimilated’ throughout the certificate.

- Attestation AH/T124: References to Epizootic Haemorrhagic Disease have been removed from section (b) and a new line has been added to the Either option ‘and the animals have been kept in that territory for at least 60 days’.. A new section (c) which is specific to Epizootic Haemorrhagic Disease has been added. The notes for completion have been amended in line with these changes and ‘the seasonally free period is taken to conclude immediately if current climatic data or data from surveillance programme indicate an earlier resurgence of activity of adult Culicoides’ has been added.
- Attestation AH/E418: In option (e) ‘sheep pox, goat pox’ has been changed to ‘sheep and goat pox’ AND ‘30 days’ has changes to ‘40 days’.
