Other live animals: model health certificates
Competent authorities of exporting countries should use the relevant model health certificate as a template to create a version exporters can apply for to export other live animals to Great Britain, the Channel Islands or Isle of Man.

From 1 January 2021, live animals exported to Great Britain must be accompanied by the relevant health certificate. Exporters in EU and non-EU countries should read the guide on how to complete a health certificate.

Model health certificate for animals of the species listed in Table 2 to Part 1 of Annex 6 of Regulation 206/2010 (Suidae, Tayassuidae, Hippopotamidae), that are originating from and intended for an approved body, institute or centre (Regulation 206/2010) (SUI-A).

Must be used from 30 April 2024 by all countries.
Model health certificate for animals of the species listed in Table 3 to Part 1 of Annex 6 of Regulation 206/2010 (Tapiridae, Rhinocerotidae, Elephantidae), that are originating from and intended for an approved body, institute or centre (Regulation 206/2010) (TRE-A).
