Details

This research aims to understand the changes in people’s travel behaviours and choices as a result of:

• the COVID-19 pandemic
• the rising cost of living
• attitudes to climate change and sustainable travel

The report summarises the research and compares it to the situation before the pandemic where possible.

The research was conducted by Ipsos UK on behalf of the Department for Transport during autumn/winter 2022 to 2023.
