Details

The Government Commercial Function and Government Legal Department have published three standard contracts for use by Government Departments and many other public sector organisations as part of their commercial activity. In-scope organisations purchasing bespoke goods or services, or goods or services that cannot be facilitated by a suitable government framework should adopt one of the Standard Contracts as the basis for all relevant procurements, rather than creating bespoke contracts.
