Details

This report shares common themes in how partners work together to support children and young people with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) to prepare for adulthood. It sets out good practice and highlights particular areas requiring further attention. We also make recommendations to strengthen arrangements for supporting children and young people with SEND to prepare for adulthood, both locally and nationally.

We also have guidance on how Ofsted and the Care Quality Commission (CQC) conduct these thematic visits.
