Priority Species Requirements excel workbook

Details

This operations note is to be used to determine the works under Countryside Stewardship (CS) Woodland Improvement Higher Tier that will benefit priority species for scoring. Refer to the specific Countryside Stewardship Statement of Priorities for the list of priority species potentially within, or which will benefit from, your woodland’s management.

What you need to do

The ‘Priority Species Requirements’ excel workbook details the species, WD2 prescriptions and any capital items that will benefit the species. Use this to determine how your Higher Tier application will benefit the species and use the area of the prescription or capital items’ area of influence to calculate your self-score.
