Decision of the Charity Commission published on 9 January 2014.

The commission re-considered an application by the Preston Down Trust, a Plymouth Brethren Christian Church (PBCC) meeting hall, for registration as a charity.

The commission concluded that it is prepared to register the organisation with a revised governing document containing commitments to changes in religious practice and wider social engagement.
