An assessment of the effect that changes set out in the government’s response to the Primary school pupil assessment: Rochford Review recommendations consultation will have on groups with relevant protected characteristics.
The relevant protected characteristics, identified in the Equality Act 2010, include:

- pregnancy and maternity
- race (including ethnicity)
- religion or belief
- sex
- sexual orientation
