Includes rules on how to appeal, how hearings are conducted, and how the tribunal reaches decisions.

The rules are used in the following types of tribunal case (involving property disputes):

  • residential property
  • land registration
  • agricultural land and drainage

These rules, in effect from September 2014, include changes to the original rules.
