Public Sector Decarbonisation Scheme: Phase 3 - projects awarded funding

Details

Phase 3 of the Public Sector Decarbonisation Scheme is providing over £1.425 billion of grant funding over the financial years 2022 to 2023 to 2025 to 2026. It supports the aim of reducing emissions from public sector buildings by 75% by 2037, compared to a 2017 baseline.

Phase 3c has up to £230 million available in 2024 to 2025. We will confirm the budget for 2025 to 2026 though applicants should assume a broadly balanced profile across 2024 to 2025 and 2025 to 2026:

• Phase 3c closed to new applications in November 2023
• Phase 3b closed to new applications in October 2022
• Phase 3a closed to new applications in November 2021

   We expect the Application Portal for Phase 3c to open on Tuesday 10 October, at 2pm.

6. 12 July 2023

   Phase 3c will open to applications in autumn 2023. The Phase 3c guidance note and application form are available on the Salix Finance website.
