The PCA is committed to being transparent in her operations, where the law allows, and will publish the following information relating to arbitrations on a quarterly basis:

• information relating to the total number of enquiries received by the PCA
• information relating to the total number of referrals received by the PCA and, of these, the total number of accepted cases
• information relating to the total number of awards made
• information relating to the progress of cases referred to the PCA for arbitration
• summary of the most common categories of referrals
