Details

This new NNR in Dorset combines 3 existing reserves:

  • Hartland Moor
  • Stoborough Heath
  • Studland and Godlingston Heaths

The combined site is also extended and renamed as Purbeck Heaths NNR. This is shaded yellow on the declaration map attached to this page.

The tenure map attached to this page shows which body holds and manages each area. The approved bodies are:

  • National Trust (NT)
  • Royal Society for the Protection of Birds (RSPB)
  • Amphibian and Reptile Conservation Trust (ARC)
  • Dorset Wildlife Trust (DWT)
  • Forestry England
  • Rempstone Estate Trust
