Details
The Traffic Commissioner made orders to:
- suspend the operator licence held by R M Commercials Ltd with effect from 00:01 on 1 July 2018 for a period of 28 days
- give the prospective transport manager Jeffrey Smith until 28 June 2018 to submit his original CPC certificate, if this is not done the licence will be revoked
- add an undertaking on the operator licence held by R M Commercials Ltd that an independent audit by RHA, FTA or other suitable independent body by 31 October 2018 . A copy of the audit must be sent to the traffic area office within 14 days of receipt
