You must have:

• a prescribed form of assent authenticated by or on behalf of all the members of the company
• a printed copy of the company’s articles as proposed to be amended

It costs £71 to re-register. Make your cheque or postal order payable to ‘Companies House’.

Forms need to be printed at full size on white A4 sized paper.
