This report evaluates the Reach for the Sky Challenge Fund including:

• the success of the fund in 2022 to 2023, its first year
• the fund’s application processes
• the experiences of successful applicants

The evaluation included a survey and 3 case studies.

The Challenge Fund was first announced in July 2022 with further funding given in 2024.
