Details

This HMPPS Policy Framework sets out the requirement to complete a SFO review when a supervised individual is charged and appears in court for a qualifying offence. It includes mandatory actions and guidance to operational staff and specifically the regional SFO Teams, including the completion of the notification, review, action plan, outcome documents and engaging with victims.
