If you use your home address as the company’s registered office address, it will be available to the public.

You can register a private limited company online. Our online service costs £100.

Using a paper form IN01

It costs £124 to send a paper application to register a private or public company.

Your forms must be printed at full size on white A4 paper.

It takes longer to process paper documents sent by post.
