Details

This report examines the UK’s pro-innovation regulatory framework, by focusing on the challenges faced by start-ups and scaleups. The report provides recommendations and policy options to Government to adapt the regulatory environment to better support the start-up and scaleup community.

The Regulatory Horizons Council (RHC) is an independent expert committee that identifies the implications of technological innovation, and provides government with impartial, expert advice on the regulatory reform required to support its rapid and safe introduction.
