Details

You need a countersignature from an APHA vet on the Export Health Certificate (EHC) for some species such as horses.

Use this form to request an appointment with an APHA vet. Submit your request for an appointment at least 48 hours before you need it.

You will need to visit an APHA Veterinary Investigation Centre for your appointment.

You can only get a countersignature after an Official Veterinarian (OV) has signed the EHC.

This service is usually available 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
