Request to restore and renew a registration
Use this form to request to restore a trade mark within 6 months of the date that it was removed from the register.

Details
You must provide a statement fully explaining why you did not renew the mark in time.
You can renew your trade mark up to 6 months after the renewal date, without needing to restore it. You can do this by submitting TM11.
Do not use this form pay the renewal fees on a trade mark that has not expired.
All Intellectual Property Office fee bearing forms should be filed with the appropriate fee.
Cost
£100: Restoration
£200: Renewal with one class
£50: Each additional class
For example, if you are restoring a trade mark with two classes, this will cost £350. This consists of £100 to restore, £200 to renew with one class and £50 to renew the one additional class.
