This document sets out the government’s response to the European Commission’s consultation on the review of national roaming markets, fair use policy and the sustainability mechanism. The response sets out our views on the matters under consultation, in terms of the UK’s key objectives, resulting in an end to roaming surcharges from 15 June 2017.
