Details

The Chancellor commissioned N M Rothschild to undertake an independent review on 20 May 2015 to provide advice on how best to return RBS to private hands, in order to maximise value for the taxpayer.

The accompanying letter and report set out their conclusions on the best means forward for the taxpayers.
